Charles Lickel

Charles Lickel is a Vice President of Software at IBM Research Division. Mr. Lickel holds a BA in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany and has 29 years of experience with IBM.

He has held several management jobs, including Vice President of OS/390 Business Strategy and System Architecture, Vice President of zOS Development, Vice President of Worldwide Data Management Development, and Vice President of Storage and Software System.
