Prof. Michael Rosemann
Dr. Michael Rosemann is a Professor for Information Systems and Co-Leader of the Business Process Management (BPM) Group at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. Michael is the Chief Investigator of a number of applied research projects funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) and various industry partners such as SAP. His
He is the author/editor of six books, more than 140 refereed papers (incl. papers in journals such as MISQ, EJIS, IEEE TKDE and Information Systems) and Editorial Board member of seven international journals. Together with members of SAP Research, he is the co-inventor of seven US patent proposals. His book ‘Process Management’ has been translated into German, Russian and Chinese.
Dr. Rosemann is the founder and chair of the Australian BPM Community of Practice. He has been the Chair of the 5th International Business Process Management Conference in 2007. Michael has conducted invited keynote presentations at global conferences and has intensive consulting experiences. He regularly conducts executive training in BPM and provided advice to organisations from various industries including telecommunications, banking, insurance, utility, public sector, finance, logistics and film industry.
